Thursday morning Emma graduated Pre-K, little Bud is growing up so fast. People always say time goes by so fast and boy do I believe it! Seems like yesterday she was 6.13 lbs and 21 inches long. We are so thankful for her being able to attend First Baptist and having Ms. Bridgette - we don't know what we'll do next year without her. You have learned so much! We are so proud of you Emma Grace & Congratulations on your big day. 2 more graduations to come...many years down the road :)

Emma's End of Year Party

The girls making crazy faces
Emma giving Ms. Bridgette her gift bag from the class. They each stood in a row and had a line to say about Ms. Bridgette before presenting her with her bag. Emma's line was, "Because of us, you deserve a dinner & a massage!"
She got soaked!
All the kiddos ganging up on Ms. B

I attended Emma's end of year Pre-K party this morning. It was also PJ Day! They had a blast but were bummed because they had water games planned! The good thing is that they were still able to play their games under a little awning so it was all good. It was so funny ~ they all started to attack Ms. Bridgette with the water balloons. They are all so precious & have grown into little adults. Tomorrow is her Pre-K Graduation...sniff sniff!

Happy Memorial Day!

We had a semi-lazy M-Day...we went to a cookout at my Dad's (yes, I forgot my camera) then a trip to the outlet mall for last minute shorts for Disney. We had a great afternoon nap then we ate some good ole' fried chicken for dinner. After dinner we headed outside and played with the girls new paddle ball sets, now we are getting ready for baths. Hope you all had a great day!

Chattanooga Lookouts

M is #10
Mudcats Mascot
Look at that face! OMG
The girls on the way out...
Best Cuz

Friday night we all headed up to Chattanooga to see the Lookouts play the Carolina Mudcats...Remember, Emma's team this year were The Mudcats so the kids thought that was really neat! The kids got to go out on the field with the players during the national anthem...so cool! BTW - Eric, Aaron & some other random guy went out on top of the Dug Out in between the 6th Inning to compete in a "Frozen Wet T-Shirt" Contest. I know what you are probably thinking. They kept their original shirts on - they had to see who could unfold the frozen shirt and put in on the fastest. Eric won! This was a Fun Family Night for sure!

Mudcats Last Game & Award Night

So proud of her bobble head

Thursday, the Mudcats had their last game of the season :( After the game we headed to CiCi's Pizza (okay, my opinion on this establishment is not that great - I dreaded even going) for some celebration & to award the kids with their trophies. They all did such a great job this season and had a blast along the way. You did a great job Bud (great improvement from last year) and we are so proud of you!

I had a grreeaatt Mother's Day! Eric & the girls went to Home Depot this morning and came back with some flowers to plant after breakfast. At lunchtime, my Dad came over and we cooked out hotdogs. We enjoyed an afternoon "family nap" and then we headed to Olive Garden for dinner...yum! Eric & I ate so much we still can't breathe! On the way home, we stopped at an old train depot in Calhoun for a photo op. I love my family so much & want to say thank you for such a special day...love you more than you imagine. Emma & Ryan - you are my world!!!!!
*I hope each of you had a wonderful Mother's Day as well!*

CLC Day

Sunday, we attended First Baptist Church. The service was dedicated to The Children's Learning Center. Emma's Pre-K performed 2 songs, they all did such a great job! It was a fun day filled with love & laughter.

Irongate

So cool!
M & Tay
Ra Ra ~ the shirt says it all :)

Friday night we were joined by The Thompson's for dinner in good ole' downtown Dalton. We have been waiting to try Irongate for the longest time and we finally had the perfect chance! I highly recommend it! The kids had so much fun watching David throw the pizza in the air & they even got their own dough to throw! We had their little patio to ourselves...which was much needed with our crazy little girls! :)
